Quilt Frame, Pillow, and Sunset

I have a quilt from church that the RS wants tied, so I asked Rick to make a bigger quilt frame for me. Mine is only 3' x 4.5' or something and you can't get more than one person around it. He made this mondo frame. Took him two days and over $50 but by golly he did 'er. I appreciate it, Rick. Then I made this rip and sew pillow for the sofa. You just tear up material in strips and then sew them together on a piece of material. Then I added beads and ...It looks a little "raggy" but that's what it's supposed to look like, I think. Rick keeps wanting to pull off all of the rough threads. The other picture is a sunset from my back door. The weather is perfect right now. So nice to be able to go out at all times of the day without even a jacket. It's about 85 in the day and around 65 at night. Perfect!

Just rub in the perfect weather while it gets cold here in Idaho. :) And the pillow looks great, I am going to have to try to make one. I hope Arizona is started to feel like home.
