Cabo

We just got back from a vacation to San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, which is just north of Cabo and much quieter. We had a great time! The airline lost our luggage for two days when we arrived and on our flight home our flight to Boise was cancelled and we had to go to Seattle overnight. That was not fun! But other than those things... The all-inclusive hotel we stayed in was wonderful and clean and had 4 pools, 4 restaurants, and great rooms with an ocean view.

We fished for 1/2 day. Rick caught a marlin and we each landed a dorado. We zipped 8 posts on a zip line over a canyon. We walked along the beach and collected sea glass and I somehow left half of our find in the hotel room or the maid threw it out. :{ Who knows?

We shopped and ate and gained a lot of weight. The weather was the best we've ever had in Mexico (88-90 each day), but we were going so much I didn't really get much of a tan. We drove up to a little town called Todos Santos that was supposed to be cute and artsy, but was just sort of average. We did see the Hotel California and had a good dessert.

We walked for miles, it seemed, but didn't lose any of the calories we ate. Argh! That might be our last vacation for a while...
