Just stopping in to update you on Rick's "condition." Whatever it was, it's better today. A little swollen, but much better and he feels fine. Psh! Men! I scoured the house for pests like scorpions and spiders, but found nada. He'll be fine, but thank you to all who commented and Holly--who called worried that Rick was terminal. If he ever gets really sick, I'll never believe him. Poor chump.
I'm going to Saguaro Jane's Food Bank in Wittman today to help with the unloading of food from the delivery truck. I'm trying to give back as Cherie and others have suggested. We'll see. I'm not so sure I'm up to toting and lifting, but I'll give it a shot.
We'll be boating this weekend. I've put it off as long as Rickster will allow. It's supposed to be 100 degrees Saturday. Oh, joy! Can you say, "Hydrate!"? I'm so
Arizona State Fair opens today. There's a running of the bulls in Cave Creek. Neither of which I will attend. And, of course, poaching of people at Lake Pleasant, which I'll be participating in. What's wrong with that picture? I'd rather run with the bulls and you know I don't run, so... Enjoy your weekend.

Glad to hear Rick is doing better. Brian was going to be at the lake on Saturday too but just found out he will be working so I guess not. I'll be doing my garage sale and then going to the fair to eat cotton candy and pet goats. Talk to you next week, have a fun weekend.

I'm dumb, but I had no idea that AZ had a state fair. Do y'all actually grow stuff there to show off at the fair?
