Yesterday I did absolutely nothing. It is embarrassing. Or it would be if I had any pride, which I really don't have.
Lola and I just were slugs. Really! I cleaned the ugly Arcadia door, showered, napped, read a little, napped some more. It was pitiful...
The pressure I feel is because I have 51 followers now. Can you say, "Stressful"? Now, I feel somewhat obligated to post something interesting regularly. You know, with ALL of those followers. It makes me a bit nervous. What if I don't measure up and someone drops off?
I really am the dumbest person I know. (Well, next to Rick, that is...)
My Rooster got his head stapled after his fall from the inversion (stupid) machine.
Well, it actually didn't get stapled at once. The "in laws" decided to super glue it. That wasn't very effective (shock) and so 9 days later they took him in for the staples that SHOULD have been procured the day it happened. (Not that G'ma Jo told them so, or that she would say "I told you so." She's very mature and would never do that...ever!) I love my brave little Rooster. Heal fast, sweet grandson of mine.
Tomorrow is My Baby's birthday. It just can't be that she's 31 already. She is absolutely the most wonderful daughter ever. Love you!
I need to go do something exciting today so I can blog about it. What to do? What to do?

Well you didn't like my last advice about hugging the a/c guy so I'm not going to tell you what to do now. Bring your camera tomorrow, I'm sure I'll do something really stupid again like lose my keys in my purse.
You're not boring. Naps are a 'good thing'. They make you produce more brain cells!!!!!!
Ok, you and the Holl-ster are getting together? Without MOI? I'm crushed.
I want lots of photos so I can pretend I'm having a grand time with you two.
Now see, there you have your next post! Brilliant!
(ouch staples....glue?)
I'll never have that worry. Your followers are coming out of the woodwork. My 61 have been 3 1/2 years in the coming. It's okay. I already know I could never be a "Pioneer Woman". She must stay up nights thinking up stuff to write about. And if she puts dumb stuff up, it's still a million more followers a day. *sigh*
Oh Ouch! I hope his head is ok!
Your 'pitiful' day sounds lovely to me. It's too hot to move anyway so you might as well nap.
Poor Rooster. I think I'd rather have stitches than super glue of staples.
Ouch, how did they put those staples in?
Geesh! That's a lot of staples! I would imagine it hurt to have it done 9 days after..poor little kiddo :-(
You can be a slug-like as you want..I will still love you in all your sluglyness.. :-)
Happy Birthday to your daughter!
What I wouldn't give to be a slug.
I pray for it daily you know
I heard SuperGlue was actually a good thing to use in that kind of situation. Guess not...?
Enjoy the lazy days. I'll bet busy ones are up ahead!
Obviously your followers like you just the way you are. Don't change a thing. I love your blog and posts just the way they are.
I long to have a lazy day. It won't happen though...at least not for awhile. I go from sun up to sun down. Sigh!
